We have the absolute best warranty in the industry with a 5-year replacement and lifetime limited warranty.  Read our competitors warranties, “Limited to the repair OR replacement.”  Have you ever had the tip of a rod break, then shipped it in only to have the tip replaced?  The action was different and the rod never fished the same, did it?  Not at CastAway.  If the rod breaks within the first 5-years, rest assured the ENTIRE rod will be replaced providing you have registered your product.

Warranty Claims

All CastAway rods requiring warranty service are to be shipped prepaid, insured along with $20.00 (handling fee) to CastAway Warranty Center at the following address:

All warranties implied by law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purposes are limited to five years from the date of purchase of any CastAway rod. In no event shall CastAway Fishing Products, Inc. be held liable for incidental or consequential damages due to breach of this warranty or other warranties implied by law.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts nor do they allow the exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, therefore, the above stipulated limitations and/or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
